Why do I love K-Pop?


K-pop is different. It’s addictive, that’s why.

One time it so happened that a friend of mine is too much devoted spending couple of years on just being a fangirl or what we called a certified fan. It’s started that I myself become too curious on why millions of people are loving them (Korean Pop Idols) until i figure out the real answer to my question. I hardly find myself being bored especially when it comes to kpop. The funny thing about that is I enjoyed it even I can’t understand their language, their songs, their styles and cultures.

From the movies, dramas, the songs, the boybands, the girlgroups, everything that have to do with kpop is addictive and interesting. I find myself everyday being busy just to get updates to my favorite idols, new dramas, variety shows, etc. Kpop music is something that you can’t compare to american pop or japanese pop. It is very unique, catchy and addictive tunes that will eventually stuck in your head, super animated MV’s that will surely get your attention plus their unexpected talents and, cutie and beautiful faces. Its full of suprises. There is so much into it. Sometimes you will even listen to something that you will never expected before. Kpop is appealing.

I’m definitely not Korean, and I also have found so many kpop fans from many different races, and we never tired talking about those stuffs, despite of our so called differences. Kpop is universal. Eventhough others see them as posers and not original. I beg to disagree any of that.

Other reason is that Kpop artists are very talented. They are not just having a beautiful and cute faces. They can sing, they can dance, they can rap, they can act, they can DJ, they can compose and there is so many other random things that they can do. Kpop artist especially those in the boybands have random personality that what makes them loved by fans and the crazy fanboy and fangirls fall for them. They appeared in variety and reality shows, which reveals their true self and other side to the fans. The most interesting part is that Kpop artist do also care for the fans and try to have a close bonds to their fans, by doing fanservices, fanmeetings, communicating trough social networking sites and others are texting via UFO and other things that make fans love them even more.

Actually there are random of reasons why others love kpop and be addicted into it, one can be loyal and devoted kpop fan. Try to be a kpop fan once and you’ll know what I mean.
